Currently overseeing the business units for Car Wash, Car Repair Shop, and Retail Fuel at OKQ8. Leading a team focused on continuous growth and the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening market positioning and fostering sustainable expansion across each segment. I play a key role in acquisitions and ensure the seamless integration of new businesses, aligning them with corporate goals while maintaining exceptional customer experiences in both manned and unmanned networks. Under my leadership, the market share for automatic car wash volume has increased by +20%, and market share for revenue has grown by +14%. My core responsibilities include expanding the network, developing concepts, optimizing sales, refining pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, and driving sustainability initiatives across all areas. Head of Car Wash and Car Repair Shop - OKQ8 (Nov 2023 - Sept 2024)

Responsible for overseeing approximately 80 car repair shops across the company, in addition to leading the development and growth of the car wash business. Focused on strengthening OKQ8’s market position by driving network strategy for both car washes and repair shops, with an emphasis on sustainable and competitive concepts. Played a key role in acquisitions and integration of new businesses, while ensuring the best customer experience within both manned and unmanned networks. Under my leadership, we increased market share by +20% in automatic car wash volume and +14% in revenue. Area Manager Göteborg - OKQ8 (Nov 2019 - Mars 2021)

Area Manager responsible for overseeing all stations within the district, with full accountability for Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensuring compliance with company concepts. Focused on developing strong leadership within the team, helping Sales Managers grow and transform their stations into customer destinations. During my time as Area Manager in Göteborg, I managed 15 stations and successfully improved overall performance by implementing new initiatives and focusing on cost control and efficiency.

Area Manager Stockholm - OKQ8 (Sept 2018 - feb 2020)

Area Manager responsible for overseeing all stations within the district, managing Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring adherence to company concepts, and driving strong leadership development for regional managers. Led 14 stations in Stockholm, where I, along with my team of Sales Manager's, significantly improved performance by driving new initiatives while focusing on cost management and operational efficiency.

Program Manager - OKQ8 (Oct 2017 - Sep 2018)

Program Leader of a major IT project, overseeing the transition to Microsoft Dynamics AX (back office) and NCR (point of sale) systems. Oversaw the progress of all project streams to completion. In this role, I held both operational and strategic responsibilities, chaired steering committee (steerco) meetings, and collaborated closely with all project managers to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Change and Communication - OKQ8 (Apr 2017 - Okt 2017)

Part of the change management and communication team for a major IT project, overseeing the transition to Microsoft Dynamics AX (back office) and NCR (point of sale) systems. Responsible for managing all aspects of change, including training and supporting staff throughout the process. While holding this responsibility, I was also in charge of managing another location. My duties included budget and performance management, cashier and store operations, as well as motivating, coaching, and leading staff with full personnel responsibility. I worked with Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Associates to support daily operations and reported to Area Manager.

KTH Royal Institute of Technology - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering (2010-2012)

Strategic Award: OKQ8 - Winning in the Medium Term - OKQ8 Awards (2023)

Proud recipient of OKQ8’s Strategic Award, which is only given to initiatives that go beyond the ordinary. In close collaboration with IT, we successfully launched a new subscription solution for both private and business customers. This solution has seen strong growth, generating a stable monthly revenue independent of seasonal fluctuations. At times, it accounts for approximately 60% of total revenue. This initiative has been a key driver in expanding our "Grow Non-Fuel Business" strategy, contributing to a record-breaking 80 MSEK increase compared to last year, reaching an all-time high.
